Abstract
The task of the European Structural Reform Support Service (SRSS) is to provide support in the preparation and implementation of administrative and structural reforms that promote growth through the use of EU funds and technical expertise. Such support has been requested by the Republic of Hungary, to which the European Commission will provide technical support in the field of healthcare with the aim of clarifying and strengthening the role and competences of primary healthcare professionals, developing an advanced system of primary healthcare personnel, and reviewing organizational, financial, and administrative mechanisms to deliver primary healthcare more efficiently. The overall objective of this project is to contribute to institutional, administrative, and structural reforms that sustain growth in Hungary. The specific objectives of the project are to support the initiatives of state authorities to design their reforms in line with their priorities, taking into account the initial conditions and expected socio-economic effects, to support the efforts of national authorities to define and implement appropriate procedures and methodologies, taking into account the good practices and experiences of other countries, and to assist national authorities in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management.
