Abstract
Gymnastics Academy (GymAca) aims to establish a harmonised, Europe-wide framework for gymnastics coach education, recognition, and certification. The project responds to the current fragmentation in coaching qualification systems by developing a standardised curriculum, an advanced digital learning platform, and practical training programmes, ensuring a high-quality, accessible, and scalable education model. By leveraging cross-border collaboration, digital innovation, and institutional integration, GymAca will raise coaching standards, enhance professional development, and foster long-term sustainability in gymnastics education across Europe. Its outputs will be accessible beyond the project’s duration, creating a lasting impact on European sports governance, athlete development, and transnational cooperation.
