Bridging Nanotechnology & Biotechnology for Business and Growth (NanoBioTech Nexus)

The NanoBioTech Nexus project brings together nanotechnology and biotechnology to foster innovation in advanced materials, biomolecular analysis, diagnostics, drug delivery, and therapeutic development. The project also addresses the challenge of brain drain in Ukraine and North Macedonia by creating better opportunities for young talent, researchers, and entrepreneurs. Through the establishment of Talent Engagement Centres, the project will provide access to training, mentorship, infrastructure, and support for transforming innovative ideas into market-ready solutions. By combining specialized educational programs, entrepreneurial skills, gamified learning tools, and partnerships with knowledge-based stakeholders, the project aims to strengthen local innovation ecosystems, support start-ups and scale-ups, and enhance regional competitiveness.
