Abstract
Iskra Feriti manufactures ferrites for wound components in electronics. Ferrites are polycrystalline oxides manufactured by ceramic technology appertaining to a class of materials which show technically useful properties of ferromagnetism. These properties are: static magnetization curves, complex permeability versus temperature, initial permeability versus temperature and relative loss factor versus frequency. Selection of an appropriate sintering procedure is of key importance to this manufacturer in order to achieve high quality characteristics. The project aims to find an algorithm based on furnace process parameters which would enable further improvements of the ferrite quality.
