Abstract
Voiding urosonography (VUS) is a new ultrasound technique, which has been recently introduced as a routine procedure for the detection of vesicouteteric reflux (VUR) in children. It is a good and safe alternative to the radionuclide and x-ray cystographies. It has been known, that the sensitivity of both radionuclide and x-ray cystographies can be improved with cyclic procedures. The aim of our study is to evaluate, whether cyclic VUS is also superior to the single-cycle procedure in children with suspected VUR.
