Abstract
Available information on time and frequency on various locations in country represents a basic infrastructure of scientific and research activity on many fields. The objective of the project is to establish suitable communication among users and international institutions (first of all Bureau international des poids et mesures, Paris), which would enable continuous comparison and tracking of absolute accuracy of time and frequency. Tasks include setting up measuring sites for remote comparison of time and frequency, development of comparison algorithms, performing the measurements and preparation for implementation of international comparison.
