Abstract
The main diagnostic steps in coronary artery disease diagnostic process are history, exercise ECG test, stress myocardial perfusion scintigraphy and coronary angiography. Each of these steps has its specific sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. The reference values, obtained by meta-analysis should be used as a calibration tool for each diagnostic laboratory.
Aim of our study is to evaluate the diagnostic values of our laboratories, who perform the stress perfusion myocardial scintigraphy.
The written results of history, exercise ECG, myocardial scintigraphy in 200 consecutive patients will be studied as compared with coronary angiography.
