Abstract
The aim of the project is a study, especially of the biarticular complex during implantation of partial hip endoprosthesis. For this purpose, we shall analyse the treatment of patients with implanted bipolar partial hip endoprosthesis in the last five years and we shall relate the results to our previous studies. We shall analyse the role of the biarticular complex for prevention of dislocations and luxations of the implanted bipolar (biarticualar) hip endoprosthesis. For our work, we shall use the clinical, rentgenological and biomechanical analysis of the status of the hip. The results will be evaluated by using statistical methods and also with machine learning methods in support of the decision making process regarding the ways of treatment. In the contents of this research, users manuals will be produced for the orthopaedic surgeons about the computer system as a planning system for implantations of hip endoprosthesis.
