Abstract
Validation of technological processes demands that products in particular batch should be equal as much as possible and that concentrations of active compounds do not differ between batches. New requirements are in accordance to regulations of Quality assurance (QA) and Good Laboratory Praxis (GLP). To assure permanent quality of products it is necessarily required to have a validated analytical method. This give us confidence in results. True values of active compound concentrations are necessary for controlling the technological process.
New analytical methods for determination of biocides and plant protective products will be investigated. The quality of results for concentrations of several active compounds will be improved by performing validation of particular analytical method. The measurement uncertainty will be evaluated. The technological process will be followed and the expenses can be diminished with this procedure. The analytical results will be used for controlling the synthesis of particular product. In accordance to very aggressive media the corrosion effects should be followed owing to their influences on the quality of final product.
