Abstract
The aim of the project is the development of inductive logic programming techniques that increase their applicability for knowledge discovery in databases. The main topics of research are handling of numeric and general constraints, probabilistic concepts and the problem of relevance. Improved techniques are applied on practical knowledge discovery problems.
