Abstract
Project purpose is to incorporate existent and create new knowledge of the product and process engineering on a field of reaction/drying and phosphate product technologies. The thermodinamic and kinetic background of the existent process of reaction/drying will be studied in a purpose to perform engineering analysis of the process. Quality thermodinamic and kinetic data are the key to reconstruct reaction/drying process of large installed heat power (approx. 6MW). In second part, process conditions studies will be performed from the viewpoint of product engineering. New knowledge will give new possibilities to shape final product properties according to new more demanded buyers' specifications. This are the elements of the platform needed to develop new generation of ecologically, energetically and economically more acceptable phosphate products.
