Abstract
The research project "Hybrid Micro Electro Mechanical Systems" is an interdisciplinary applied research study in the field of sensors, actuators, thick-film technology, piezoelectric materials, hybrid microelectronics, electronics, and mechanics. The aim of the proposed project is to investigate and to develop advanced technologies and materials, to increase our know-how of the technology, to disseminate the results and to use the results to develop new products and processes in the manufacturing of hybrid micro electro mechanical systems. The intention is also to participate in other international projects with the undertaking quality research work in this specific area.
