Abstract
The aim of the proposed research is to study charge collection efficiency and radiation damage effects on monolithic active pixel sensor (MAPS) prototypes, with the purpose of their installation in the future super B-factory (SuperBelle) and International Linear Collider (ILC). Dedicated readout system, tunable IR laser and movable scanning stage will be set up to explore the collection of charge versus electron-hole pair deposition depth, and charge spread between pixels.
