Abstract
The aim of the research project is theoretical and experimental analysis of new extradosed bridge construction technology which is a mixture of a conventional girder bridge and a cable-stayed bridge. The construction of the first extradosed bridge in Slovenia over Drava river in Ptuj will start soon. It will enable measurements to prove some Code recommendations for the design of extradosed bridges.
There are no technical regulations for construction of extradosed bridges so this research project can contribute to technical regulations and safety construction of extradosed bridges.
