Abstract
In the Laboratory for separation processes on FKKT in Maribor we would like to study the influence of the use of different forms of enzyme (native, in liquid form and immobilized on sol-gel carrier) on the reaction kinetics. Our research work will be focused first of ali in the development and construction of the high-pressure continuous enzymatic tubular membrane reactor in which the enzyme-catalyzed reaction will be performed. The study of the different immobilization techniques of the enzyme on the ceramic membrane will be also done. The reaction kinetics will be described with mathematical model and the thermodynamic parameters will be also determined.
