Abstract
The project deals with a very important aspect of the mediaeval history of law - this is the legal system of the landlord. It covers a long time period, from the middle ages to 1848, an focuses especially in the time of seventeen and eigteened absolutism. It intends to work out the strongly relation between the documents in the archives - representing the every day''s law - and the rules by the state. This kind of research work will show the real efficiency of a legal system.
