Significance for science
From the scientific point of view, the most crucial result is original OCE algorithm. This algorithm is an original upgrade of well known OEE algorithm which is an direct contribution to the development of new theoretical knowledge in the filed of microeconomic production and cost function and in the field of productivity management.
Significance for the country
From the development of Slovenian economy point of view, the impact on cost efficiency growth has to be highlighted. The significant contribution of the newly developed knowledge to costs efficiency growth is well documented in empirical part of the project.
