The study has developed and applied a system of performance measurement (including excellence and customer satisfaction) in part of the state administration, which can be a model for other parts of the state and public administration. With publicatio
Significance for the country
With this study, we have built a pilot system for measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and quality in the Slovenian police, and thus we made an important step towards the implementation of such a system in this part of the state administration.
