Significance for science
The greatest scientific contribution was achieved in the legal science. The project allowed the compilation of a comparative study of the legal system supporting the flexicurity systems and related legal instruments in different EU countries.

Significance for the country
The main contribution for the development of Slovenia is in the specific suggestions for changes in the system, that would lead to higher levele of flexicurity and an approximate estimate of the necessary financial funds in order to achieve this.
