Abstract
The synthesis of nonnatural oligonucleotides aiming for ''''antisense'''' and ''''antigene'''' strategy is proposed. In short oligonucleotides guanine moieties will be substituted by synthetic analogs with modified bases or sugars or both. The design is aimed to suppress the obstacles like degradation and permeability. These features will be correlated to the structural parameters.
