Abstract
The project involves systematic and through research into Slovenian folk songs, music and dance based on field research, the cataloguing, critical assessment and processing of sources and material, the systematisation and cataloguing of archive material gathered in the field (with emphasis placed on the protection and reorganisation of the audio archives) theoretical research, the publication of debates, sources and other material, and the preparation of documentation on songs, and of audio and dance documentation in the form of books, records, cassettes, CDs, etc.
