Abstract
In the framework of the proposed research project the release of the heat of hydration in the concrete during the hardening will be measured in adiabatic calorimeter. Based on the experimental results a software for numerical analaysis of the temperature field of a concrete structure due to cement hydration will be elaborated. The prepared software will be designed in such a way that it will enable the optimisation of the progression of concreting of a structure with the presumption of minimum concrete damages due to temperature gradient during concrete hardening.
