Abstract
TRANSFER-EAST is aiming at, favouring the transfer of learning, facilitating the exchange of eGovernment GPs and their transfer when appropriate and contributing to enhance the quality of eGovernment initiatives across Europe. TRANSFER-EAST will promote the transfer to targeted NMS (Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland) of innovative Government-to-Business (G2B) approaches/tools, successful practices, transferable cases to accelerate the transition phase to information economy and society and improve the efficiency of the Public Administration Business relationship. TRANSFER-EAST will support e-Europe-eGovernment Good Practice Framework implemented by the European Commission expected to increase the exchange of good practices in eGovernment at European level among the different public authorities.
