Abstract
The result of the project is an upgraded real time lightning localization system. For calculation of the lightning location the system uses data received from 2 Slovenian LPATS III time-of-arrival sensors and 8 Austrian IMPACT sensors with combined time-of-arrival and megnetic direction finding technology. All data transfer (except communicaton between sensors and Ljubljana) is done over the Internet. All display programs are written in JAVA programming language.
