Abstract
The objective of this project is to determine levels of cysteine proteinases cathepsins B, H and L and their inhibitors stefins A and B and cystatin C in sera of patients with malignant melanoma and colorectal cancer using quantitative immunoenzyme assays and to define their potential for prediction of diagnosis, prognosis and response to different chemotherapy in these cancer patients.
