Abstract
Increasing demands of electronic industry concerning ceramic materials with special electronic properties dictate and encourage continuous research of the related multiphase systems as well as the development of new materials with precisely defined properties. Among these materials is microwave dielectric ceramics from which high dielectricity needed for miniaturisation of components, high qualitiy factor (Q) and temperature stable electrical properties, is expected.
