Abstract
The main objectives of the projects are in the following areas: investigations of separation processes and development of new analytical methods (solid-phase microextractions; dialysis; determination of stable isotopes as indicators of additives in food; GC-MS analysis of aroma of food articles; investigation of the cellulose depolimerisation and evaluation of some methods for the determination of molecular masses of oxidsed cellulose; prediction of gas chromatographic retention indices by neural network; development of the method for the determination of quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin) in human serum samples; thermospray sample introduction by FAAS-HPLC) and development of analytical methods for environmental samples (determination of formaldehide and pesticides by HPLC; measurements of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the air by GC-MS; measurement of the composition of gas adsorbed on coal by GC).
