1.
Plasma-assisted growth and conversion of 1D and 2D nanostructures

The invited lecture at the international conference from the field of plasma synthesis, where results of this project on nanowire and nanowall synthesis as well as their conversions were presented. The presentation included different synthesis processes for making nanowires, where critical overview was given between plasma and other methods of synthesis.

2.
Plasma-asisted synthesis and modifications of nanomaterials for advance applications

In the plenary talk, the results of this project from the plasma nanomaterial synthesis were presented. The critical evaluation of nanowire synthesis process were given in respect to production of bulk quantities, the quality of synthesized material and process time-process requirements. The method for post-modification of nanowires with plasma radicals to tailor their properties were presented as well.

How to design nanocatalysts with plasma?

In the invited lecture, we presented a novel concept of nanocatalyst development in the frame of this project. This process is based on fast processing of metal oxide nanomaterials and their sequent modifications to obtain improved performance in cataylsts of liquids.
