MNAP (recently renamed to QuNex) is a software platform that enables flexible analysis of multimodal neuroimaging data. It was developed to support ude in multiple environments – from desktop computer and single servers to computational clusters and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), where it enables efficient scheduling and high-throughput analuses of extensive dataset. Among other functionalities the tool includes analitical methods and pipellines for functional connectivity analyses developed as part of the project. The tool will be released for public use in May 2021.
