COBISS.SI-ID: 223360768The richly illustrated lecture was based on the long experience of the research group in electron microscopy analysis of glomeruli in various kidney diseases. Criteria for the diagnosis of fibrillary glomerulonephritis and immunotactoid glomerulopathy were critically presented. It was shown how scientific achievements contribute to higher level of biopsy diagnostics in everyday practice. The variability of glomerular fibrillary deposits in patients with lupus nephritis was particularly stressed. There was a wide response at the congress.
