Book marks a 30th anniversery of defence studies at the university level in Slovenia. The book is based on papers presented at the international research workshop financed by NATO Science Programme and supported by Slovene MoD. The book was published by a distinguished international publisher, so an international impact on the development of armed forces in some European countries could be expected.
