L2-9583 — Annual report 2009
1.
FE analyses and prototype testing of a piezoresistive LTCC-based low-pressure sensor

The results of numerical analyses and prototype testing of a piezoresistive LTCC-based low-pressure sensor for the pressure below 3 kPa were presented. The sensors were designed to meet the demands for a potential product of industrial partner so that most of the results were confidential. However, the numerical modelling strategy and experimental validation of the numerical results, and the sensors characteristics achieved were published in two conference papers.

2.
Prototyping, numerical analysis and testing of the offset stability of the piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensors

The results of prototyping and testing of the piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensors made in LTCC, which were designed to meet the AAMI and ICE std. demands for medical applications, confirmed the adequacy of the technology and the proposed design for such application. The know-how is of high interest for the industrial partner HYB d.o.o.. The reports contain some confidential data and for this reason the results were not published in the open literature.
