By indexing and localisation of 1700 known localities with 276 troglobiotic species we rendered possible for the first time to compare biotic diversities of equally sized areas. We calculated that the diversity calculation in 20x20 km areas gives the most appropriate data; diversity differences are not the consequence of different investigation efforts; we also established which statistic techniques are probably best predicting the real numbers of species. Both previously established areas of highest diversity appeared to be real and they should be also centers of species protection.
