One of the challenges brought by globalisation is also the question how to name justice on the global level. The basic dilemma is if we should understand it as the expansion of the principles of social justice to the whole humanity or as the practice of completely different principles of justice from those which are set up for realization of the principles of justice on the national level. The paper establishes whether the factors of of lifelong learning and choosing a career could be a national particularityor do the globalisation and international comparativeness ensure justice.

By virtue of the amended law in the National Examination of Knowledge has provided an additional information on knowledge for pupils, their parents, as well as for teachers, schools and the school system. In line with the dynamic model of efficiency in education all these users influence teaching with their views. We can therefore have a look at the different ways in which we can use the achievements of the National Examination of Knowledge as an aid for improving teaching. Simultanious use of acchievements on international projects such as PISA and TIMSS would offer additional improvement.
