For a different Europe: “Cosmopolitanism and Social Theory of Europeianization".

The study accompanies the Slovenian translation of Gerard Delanty’s and Chris Rumford’s book “Rethinking Europe: Social Theory and the Implications of Europeization”, published by Sophia in 2008. In her study, the author outlines key contemporary theories of Europeization and illuminates the issue from the current socio-political situation, thus enabling a broad audience to join the vivid discussion on the multiplying EU dilemmas.

Vidmar Horvat, Ksenija: Multiculturalism and the European Public Sphere

guest lecture in Erasmus Long Life Learning workshop, Intensive programme on »Diversity Management«, which was held in Ljubljana (Faculty of Arts) between July 1st – 12th. The lecture was part of the international, interdisciplinary Summer School, with five European participant univeristies (University of Bologna, Italy, Vytautas Magnus Univeristy Kaunas, Lithuania, Corvinus University, Hungary, Karl-Franzens University Graz, Austria, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia).
