F.32 International patent
COBISS.SI-ID: 3281178We described the procedure for the preparation of food products based on chicken meat enriched with CoQ10. Fortified poultry meat was obtained by optimal industrial breeding of 37,000 chickens, which were fed with fodder enriched with water soluble CoQ10, prepared according to our patent. From this meat different final products were prepared and evaluated.
