New frame for fluorescent microspectroscopy (FMS) system has been developed on modular basis with the broad-band light source to enable various fluorophore application and to increase experiment flexibility. FMS will be upgraded shortly with IR tweezer for manipulation with micron particles and cell structures as well as with Raman microspectroscopy. With all these we plan to increase the efficiency of the cell-cell and cell-material research.

The results open new opportunity in technology transfer and new spin-off establishment. To protect intelectual property, details are not published or patented, the idea has been nevertheless awarded within Technology transfer conference at IJS from the board of interantional investors and financial angels.

COBISS.SI-ID: 22983463Since water determines many of the material properties and is therefore vital to understand (organic , food, building ) materials, we has developed novel undestructive, fast and accurate method to determine the water content, e.g. wood and food moisture, with magnetic resonance imaging and weighting. Besides new enhanced sensitivity current density imaging - ES-CDI method has been developed with increased speed and sensitivity of detection.

COBISS.SI-ID: 1705097Several novel didactical approaches, involving ability of abstract thinking and concept building of a structure and dynamics of microscopic and quantum systems, were developed. On FFA-UL we introduced new course Molecular Biphysics and implemented new innovative approaches to transfer the knowledge and adopt the level of the course to the students. within FNM-UM postgraduate course of Biophysics we introduced new pedagogical praxis based on individually adjusted study program to increase the knowledge transfer and motivation.
