In recent years, graphical passwords have been proposed as a potential authentication solution due to their improved usability features and the superior human ability to recognize and remember images. In this paper we propose new recognition-based graphical authentication mechanisms called ImagePass, suitable for ubiquitous environments and touch based interfaces. The authentication mechanism introduces a novel feature based on one-time words that increases the security of the system without compromising its usability. Regarding usability, we explore the users' perception of the graphical mechanisms, and investigate a number of issues, such as memorability.

For the successful probability of default (PD) evaluation with the application of multiple prediction models two issues should be addressed: the accuracy of the analytic models which decreases over time and the evaluation of results which must be presented in a uniform shape. To deal with these two issues, a multi-agent system (MAS) and knowledge management systems (KMS) based process management system is proposed. The proposed system has two goals: to prevent the PD information quality deterioration by active management of analytical processes and to provide a universal access point allowing the simultaneous use of multiple prediction models.

In this paper we expose and research external factors which have influence on Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems users in the operation phase of ERP lifecycle and investigate the impact of those factors on the ERP system use. Our study among 161 ERP users shows that extended external factors observed through the second-order factors have important influence on ERP usefulness and ERP ease of use; they also have a strong influence on the attitude toward using ERP system by ERP users in the routine (maturity) stage. The paper adds to the literature, in that few previous studies have examined the users' adoption of ERP systems through the TAM or examined external factors that have influence on the intention to use an ERP system or ERP use in the stabilization stage.
