COBISS.SI-ID: 929787Lemmatisation is the process of finding the normalised forms of words appearing in text. It is a useful preprocessing step for a number of language engineering and text mining tasks, and especially important for languages with rich inflectional morphology. LemmaGen is a new lemmatisation system which was trained to generate accurate and efficient lemmatisers for twelve different languages.

COBISS.SI-ID: 23897895The JOS project developed Slovene annotated corpora and associated resources meant to facilitate development of Human Language Technologies for the Slovene language. The main results are the JOS morphosyntactic specifications, two annotated corpora and two Web services. The developed resources are available under the Creative Commons licence from http://nl.ijs.si/jos/ and have already been used in teaching, training morphosyntactic taggers in syntactic parser and in research on lexical semantics.
