Deformation behavior or structural critical component is an important source of information for deciding on the mode of exploitation by a rapid adaptation to existing conditions currently encountered. The concept of monitoring is based on stress.strain analysis and deflection behavior of structural component. The monitoring sistem incorporates the geometric characteristics, method of loading and physical, mechanical and fracture mechanics properties of materials. On-line monitoring is supported by numerical analysis of the structural components of the model enables simulation of mechanical behavior and failure prediction functionality or risk instability. Proposed on-line monitoring system based on material behaviour enables prevention of chatastrophic failure and safe service of structure, respect to strain and deflection behaviour.
