The monography on Reproductive genomics in domestic animals have two members of the group published a chapter dealing with genetics and gnomics of reproductive disorders. The book represents a comprehensive overview of the literature and explanation hopw to apply genomic tools in research. It is suirable for under and post graduate students as a textbookor as introductory reading for PhD students on the beginning of their experimental work.

COBISS.SI-ID: 2667400The patent covers the content of the invention which was developed during the preparation of student for the intenational competition in Synthetic Biology iGEM (MIT). The idea was to produce the new generation of vaccines which join the antigen and members of the Toll- like receptors.
F.33 Slovenian patent
COBISS.SI-ID: 4381722The study material for student of Biotechnology fills at least partially the gap in the literature in this field Slovene language. It offers instructions for conducting the practical work in the laboratory and necessary theoretical background which is needed to understand the procedures in the lab and to conduct the practical work.
D.10 Educational activities
COBISS.SI-ID: 2772104Our group organized together with the SABRE EU project (FP7) an industrial workshop which was dedicated to genomic selection and was organized for local stake holders in farm animal industry, governmental institutions and breeding associations. The two day workshop offered an informative overview on genomic selection concepts and software tools which support data managing and estimation of breeding values.

COBISS.SI-ID: 2741128In the frame of the 16. slovenian science festival was in the program of lectures included the lecture of the leader of the program group focused on the research challenges for geneticists in the 21 century. In the time when genomic information of an individual is becoming reality and as we have available entire genomes of large number of biological species, we are facing the problem how to manage huge amount of information and how to integrate them in a structured unit, which would allow us to draw biologically relevant conclusions.
