Study analyse entrepreneurship in Slovenia and corelates it with EU. The monograph introduces Slovenian business demography and provides an in-depth insight into selected areas of Small Business Act which sets out 10 principles that EU members are obliged to follow and support. For Slovenia, we present comparative results for 4 principles: entrepreneurship, responsive administration, the single market and internationalization. In 3 of these areas, Slovenia recorded an average performance, while the fourth - responsive administration - recorded below-average results.

We used broad definition of outsourcing; as the fundamental decision of a company regarding the external supply of certain prod-ucts and/or services. In the literature only few studies can be found that examine the connection between the reasons that led to the decision to outsourcing and the measurement of the actual effects achieved. The results shows that there exist statistically significant connections between reasons and effects of outsourcing.

The crisis is result of onesidedens supported by prevailing neoliberal economics that under the flag of free market supports extreme monopolization. It is the first book written from so many different viewpoints, at least in Slovenia.
