The paper deals with the applicability of the extended N2 method to base-isolated mass-eccentric RC frame building isolated with lead rubber bearings. The results are presented in terms of displacements and amplification factors of the isolation system and of the superstructure. The results of the extended N2 method are compared with the average results of nonlinear dynamic analyses. It was concluded that the extended N2 method could provide a reasonable prediction of the torsional influences in minor to moderately asymmetric base-isolated structures.

The monograph continues to research and present cultural heritage which is defined by law as national treasure focusing on the, thus far neglected, settlement and housing culture. This sequel utilizes the methodology developed in the previous part and concludes the profound study of scientists of both genders. The spiritual culture of the thirty-five selected individuals reveals the evolution of material and building culture shaking the very foundations of the deeply rooted preconceptions of underestimating housing culture tied to the great contributors to Slovenian development and progress.

Work deals with identity of the sacral architecture. It’s divided into five sections: Identity of Christian art, The sacred in the christian art, Christian sacral architecture among avantgarde and retrograde, Phenomenology of Christian worship-complex and Architectural interpretations of archetypal images of the Sacred. Research deals with two goals: 1. to represent main distinctions between art and Sacral art, 2. to find a model for understanding ’configuration’ of the architectural archetype matrix of worship-complex. Such model divides architectural archetypes in three groups: wraps, connections and relations between them. Archetypes are ilustrated with drawings of ancient worship-complexes.
