Veber’s major work in the field of aesthetics, which is believed to be his most important philosophical work, was published in 1925 under the title Estetika: Psihološki in normativni temelji estetske pameti (Aesthetics: Psychological and normative grounds of aesthetic reason). In Estetika, as in all his works of 1921–1925, he first critically develops the philosophical doctrine of his Graz teacher Alexis Meinong, the establisher of the so-called “Gegenstandstheorie” (object theory), which represents the Austrian strand of phenomenology.

The starting point of the discussion is the critique of "returning to the origins" in contemporary philosophy, which mustn't avert us from the original dimensions of human existence. Even more: we have to in a certain way re-acknowledge the human right to the origin exactly because of man's uncertainty as regards his origin.

COBISS.SI-ID: 29705216Almost a billion people do not have access to clean and safe water. Access to safe drinking water and sanitation is increasingly being considered a fundamental human right. Corporations play an important role in the realisation of the right to water. For example, they can become violators of the right to water where their activities deny access to clean and safe water or where water prices increase without warning. Corporations can have a positive or negative impact on the human rights of individuals, wider communities and indigenous peoples.
