P6-0376 — Annual report 2010
1.
Invited speaker at the International federation for Theatre Research world congress Cultures of Modernity, München, 2010.

This paper examines collaboration processes in contemporary performing arts on the case of the Makrolab project by the Slovenian artist Marko Peljhan. The author argues that performative heterotopias, such as Makrolab, offer models for theatre community formations, correspondent to the mode of information in postindustrial society. They are explored in relation to the Futurist Avant-Garde utopian spaces, and contemporary electronic communities. Research methods at the intersection of arts and science are tackled in the light of distribution of power in postindustrial society.
