This thesis is a part of a project J1-2017 with the aim to obtain information on structural and physiological characteristics of Trop1 and Trop2. In this thesis we cloned and expressed third extracellular domain and cytoplasmic tail. Recombinant third domain was primarly found in the form of inclusion bodies and a soluble protein was prepared by renaturation.
