We have developed low frquency (0.1 - 15 MHz) NQR spectrometer. Our device is more flexible than the spectrometers, available on the market, and enables us to develop new types of NQR measurement rapidly.

COBISS.SI-ID: 23710247We have successfully used the nuclear quadrupole resonance to detect hidden explosives. One of deficiencies of the above mentioned method is its sensitivity to solid (crystalline and amorphous) explosives only. Therfore, we have tested the use of nuclear magnetic resonance to distingush between liquid explosives and harmless liquids based on measurements of spin relaxation times.
