A new concept of thin-walled permeation cell has been presented. Such cell can be degassed much faster compared to traditional one (thick-walled). Its low outgassing value enables reliable measurements of very low permeation flux such that arise during measurements through metal membranes with low H solubility. New permeation cell has been tested with Eurofer steel membrane coated with TiAlN coating serving as H barrier.

COBISS.SI-ID: 23552551Major part of the work done (until then) within the current project has been presented: deuterium retention on ITER-grade AISI316 and Be (bulk) was determined by infussion/outgassing method (method 2). In addition to this, preliminary results and analysis of hydrogen permeation measurements through /Eurofer in W/Eurofer membranes were given.
