Developers' perceptions of object-oriented frameworks - an investigation into the impact of technological and individual characteristics

In this article, we will identify and investigate the major framework characteristics and individual differences that impact the most important users perceptions about frameworks. The ability to build web-based knowledge management systems was also a factor in comparation.

Entropy- and ontology-based e-services proposing approach

The ontology and algorithm for proposing appropriate e-services are described in the paper. We use expert knowledge in form of question-answer pairs. It is used by the algorithm to dynamically guide a dialog with user. Intelligently selected sequence of questions is used to suggest the e-service that could help user at a given situation.

Improving e-services adoption with semantic e-services platform and question-based approach

In this paper we discuss the decision of using semantic web technologies and their potential to improve e-services usage. In this paper, we also present an e-services platform. Ontologies and semantic web technologies are used heavily in the platform. They enable the platform to be used as a basis for intelligent components, such as an e-service proposing component.
