Slovenian R&D and innovation framework needs certain stability in terms of measures and instruments. This would give the companies a chance to get used to the offered support which is available to them on a regular, sustained basis and integrate this into their own R&D and innovation policy. It would provide an opportunity to analyse the impact of the measures over medium-term period and see where the barriers to their efficiency are most pronounced.
